Tasting Note: Larceny Small Batch Bourbon goes against the grain, being one of only a handful of bourbons made with wheat instead of rye. Wheat is favoured over rye, so much so that 25% more wheat is used than other leading bourbons. Using more wheat results in a smoother and rounder taste profile compared to the spicy, robust notes of rye.
